We accept all major cycle to work schemes offering employees a brilliant tax saving of 25-39%, and to spread the cost on a brand new bike and accessories for commuting to work.
Let Giant Liverpool pay for your parking!
Jamaica Street, and all the roads that feed off it, offer free parking for up to 2 hours.
However if you struggle to find a spot, we would suggest Cain’s Village carpark (off Stanhope Street).
Take a photo of your parking ticket before leaving it on your dashboard, and we’ll knock the £2.00 ticket price (parking is £2.00 for an hour) off your purchase.
Click & Collect
Free click and collect for orders over £50, orders under £50 there is a £5 charge. Goods will be availble to collect within 7-10 working days from your order date.
Delivery
Free delivery to your door within 5-7 working days of placing an order. Your bike will be 95% built by a trained mechanic, carefully packed and delivered to your front door so once you un-box it, only minimal assembly will be required.

Platinum Service
- Everything included in Gold plus:
- New stainless steel inner wires included (extra for manufacturer specific cables, this will be discussed)
- Hubs inspected and serviced
- Headset serviced
- BB removed (excludes press fit), cleaned and inspected, bearings checked.
- Full frame and fork clean,
- Front and rear dérailleurs removed and cleaned in parts washer
- Rim brakes removed and cleaned in parts washer
- Frame pivot bearings checked for free movement and condition
- Front and rear brake bleed
- (Parts not included unless specified)

Gold Service
- Everything included in Silver service plus:
- Drivetrain degrease including pulley wheels cleaned. Removes chain, cassette and chainset to clean in parts washer.
- Rims and tyres cleaned in parts washer (unless heavily soiled)
- Frame and forks wiped down
- Wheel bearings checked and adjusted if required/possible (cone hubs)
- Bottom bracket checked for free movement and wear
- Wheels trued
- Accessory bolts checked and adjusted for secure fixing
- (Parts not included unless specified)

Full Gear Service
- Chain, cassette, derailleurs, crank set removed
- Cleaned in parts washer
- Re-installed with fresh grease and lubricant

Service Package Add Ons
Platinum, Gold and Full Gear services have the following add-ons
- Tubeless top-up £20 – both tyres inspected and old solution drained. New solution installed (parts/sealant not included).
- E-bike diagnostic and report £25 – diagnostic ran and report printed. Software updates if available (parts not included unless specified)
- Muc-Off Hydro Dynamic chain treatment £20 – chain further cleaned in ultrasonic chain bath, then submerged in a second bath of Muc-Off Hydro Dynamic multiple grand tour winning lube
- Muc-Off Ludicrous AF chain treatment £40 – chain further cleaned in ultrasonic chain bath, then submerged in a second bath of Muc-Off Ludicrous AF – the worlds fasters race lube
- Muc-Off Ceramic frame protection application £30 – high performance hydrophobic layer chemically bonded to your paintwork for water and dirt shredding properties
Silver Service
- Drivetrain checked for wear
- Gears checked, adjusted and lubricated,
- Dropout hanger checked and straightened if required
- Brakes and pads checked for wear and adjusted (brake bleeds extra)
- Cables checked for damage and corrosion
- Headset checked and adjusted
- Tyres checked for wear and inflated
- Wheels secured properly and check for rim wear and damage
- Hubs checked for free movement and wear
- Bolts and fixings checked and adjusted (minus pivot bolts and accessories)
- Frame wiped down (if not heavily soiled) and excess oil wiped clean
